FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN STATUS GIZI BALITA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS WOTU KABUPATEN LUWU TIMUR TAHUN 2022

Abstract

The nutritional status of children under five is an indicator that can be used to show the quality of life of a community and also provide intervention so that worse consequences can be prevented and better planning can be done to prevent other children from suffering the same (Soekirman, 2000).

The research design used is analytic design research using the Cross Sectional study approach where data involving independent and dependent variables are examined at the same time and then processed and analyzed. To obtain the data, an interview technique was carried out based on a list of questions that had been prepared. The number of samples is 70 people and using total sampling. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire while the research data analysis used is the chi-square analysis.

The results showed that there was a relationship between mother's education and the nutritional status of children under five with a value of p = 0.037 (p <0.05). there is a relationship between mother's knowledge and nutritional status in children under five with a value of p = 0.010 (p <0.05). there is a relationship between education on children's diet and nutritional status in children under five with a value of p = 0.002 (p <0.05).
