Literature Review : Penerapan Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) Bagi Perawat Di Rumah Sakit

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in hospitals is a form of activity in protecting human resources in health care facilities, and other communities to stay healthy, safe, and avoid negative influences due to the environment, work, and work activities. Nurses are one of the human resources in hospitals who play a role in providing nursing services to patients for 24 hours continuously and have a higher potential for danger compared to other health workers in hospitals. This literature review aims to identify research results on factors that influence the implementation of occupational health and safety for nurses in hospitals. The method used is a literature review, using an electronic database identified from Google Scholar with keywords: K3, nurses, hospitals. From the results of a review of several literatures, it was found that there are several factors that influence the implementation of occupational health and safety for nurses, including knowledge, attitude, compliance, work adaptation, and behavior.
