Implant is a type of contraception in the form of a needle made of a type of silastic rubber containing hormones, installed on the upper arm. The main side effect of the Implant is a change in menstrual patterns, which occurs in approximately 60% of acceptors in the first year after insertion (Endang Purwoastuti, 2015). This paper aims to implement Midwifery care for Mrs. "G" Implant KB Acceptor with secondary Amenorrhea in Maramba Village, Wotu District, East Luwu Regency using a descriptive method with a case study approach and Varney's 7-step Midwifery management and documentation in the form of SOAP. The results of the case study conducted on Mrs. "G" were a diagnosis of secondary amenorrhea, the client was anxious and afraid of getting pregnant. In conclusion, the case study was conducted with the Varney 7-step management approach and documented in the form of SOAP, the results of the diagnosis of secondary amenorrhea were obtained, the client was anxious because she was afraid of getting pregnant. After being given KIE about amenorrhea, the client's anxiety was resolved and the client remained an acceptor of the implant KB.
