Febrile seizures are the most common neurological disorders found in children, especially in children, especially in children aged 6 months to 4 years (according to Wulandari & Erawati 2016). Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of parents towards the incidence of febrile seizures in children in the Mahlona 3 Room of Lagaligo Hospital I in 2022. Research Methods: In this study, the correlation research method was used. This research approach used a cross-sectional approach with a correlation analytic design. This type of research emphasizes the measurement and observation of independent and dependent variable data which is carried out simultaneously from a group of subjects. which was carried out from August to September 2022. The sample size used was 30 respondents to the parents of children who had febrile seizures according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Collecting data using a questionnaire sheet. Data obtained when distributing the Chi-square test questionnaire using the SPSS 21 computer. Research results: Based on the Chi-Square test statistic, the calculated value for the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of parents towards the incidence of febrile seizures in children obtained a value of (p) = 0.000 with a confidence interval of 95% (α = 0.05), which means p <0.05 . From this analysis it can be interpreted that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected or there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of the mother and the attitude of parents towards the incidence of febrile seizures in children in the Mahalona room 3 Hospital I Lagaligo Wotu in 2022. Research Conclusion: That there is a relationship between knowledge level and people's attitudes towards the incidence of febrile seizures in children aged 1-5 years in Lagaligo Wotu Hospital I 2022.
