HUBUNGAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN JAMKESMAS TERHADAP PELAYANAN KEPERAWATAN DI PUSKESMAS TOMONI TIMUR KABUPATEN LUWU TIMUR

Abstract

Puskesmas as the spearhead of the health service system, is expected to be able to provide the best possible health services to the community, especially the very poor, poor and near poor. The design used is a descriptive design which aims to determine the level of satisfaction of Jamkesmas patients with nursing services at the East Tomoni Community Health Center, East Luwu Regency. This research was carried out at the East Tomoni Community Health Center, East Tomoni District, East Luwu Regency from July 5 to August 5. The population of this study were patients using Community Health Insurance cards who sought outpatient treatment at the East Tomoni Health Center based on medical record reports at the East Tomoni Health Center for the last 5 (five) months from January 1 to May, totaling 196 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling by taking cases or respondents who were or were available at the research location in accordance with the research criteria.
